of the products we prepare are from El Bierzo, we preserve them "naturally",
with no preservatives or colouring, using the bain marie method; in the case
of cherries, these are also preserved in aguardiente from El Bierzo.
We
want the pure raw ingredients to reach our customers’ tables so that the
wonderful aromas and flavours that our land has to offer can be appreciated.

can visit our production workshop from June to November, the time of the
year when we gather the fruit available from the land of El Bierzo with which we
make our artisan preserves.
